The iconic ice cream shaped structure has been closed for many years but will reopen Friday, February 26th with a new concept and a new name.
Now “Sfaira”, formerly known as “Gardie”, will have two functions, a restaurant during the day and a cocktail bar at night. The restaurant will offer breakfast and lunch from 8am-12pm. The menu features modern Mexican cuisine consisting of appetizers and entrees such as green pozole and homemade desserts.
The bar menu during the day will consist of a variety of cocktails and mixed drinks. From Thursday through Saturday, dinner reservations will be taken until 9pm. At 10pm, bottle service will begin to provide a nightclub ambience. For the first weekend, there will be a minimum two bottle service a la carte for the basic package and a 5,000 peso spending minimum for VIP service tables. There will be a 100 peso cover charge per person.
Be sure to make your reservations to experience the new Sfaira in Juarez.
